Wonderful river views from the lovely balcony.

I was incredibly frustrated with the lack of staff at check-in. Arriving late at night meant I had to figure out the key retrieval myself, which was really inconvenient. the room was hotter than I'd expected and lacked temperature control, making it impossible to sleep comfortably. The noise from the street was incessant, often interrupting my peace with sirens and traffic sounds.

The location is excellent, just a short walk to main attractions. Unfortunately, noise levels were disruptive at night.

The friendly reception staff made our stay memorable, and the apartment was equipped with a functional kitchenette, perfect for preparing breakfast. Not to mention the stunning balcony views overlooking the river!

Now, about my room – I was itching for a river view, but ended up looking at a crowded street instead. Not even a balcony! When I rang for help about this, the person on the line was incredibly rude. It felt like I was talking to a brick wall! So frustrating for a trip meant to delight!

The location was meh, decent for exploring, but check-in was a hassle. No one was around when we got there late, had to wait ages for help. the room was pretty comfy and clean. The breakfast was alright, but the service really needs to step up. Could've been better for the price.

A Pleasant Stay with Room for Improvement

I enjoyed the staff's warm hospitality throughout my stay, which made me feel welcome. The standard single room offered essential amenities, although I struggled with uncomfortable pillows and weak Wi-Fi. For meals, try out Pizzeria Palermo for amazing pizzas nearby!

Super clean and quiet rooms! The double room was quite comfortable and had great facilities like a flat-screen TV, linens, and a private entrance. the staff was very friendly, and the check-in process went smoothly, making me feel welcome right away.

Had some issues with the key card.

Wi-fi was fast, and the flat-screen TV was a nice touch. No pets allowed was a bummer.
